MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (October 4, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, September 27, at 6:30pm, TFC A. Malaspina served a Bench Warrant (T3-15631) on Joseph Antonio Davis-Fountain, 20, of Hughesville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on August 8. Mr. Davis-Fountain was located during a routine traffic stop and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, September 28, at 10:35am, TFC E. Page served a Bench Warrant (T3-15702) on Shalondae Nicole Brown, 26, of Lothian. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Prince George's County with an original charge of Knowingly Driving Uninsured Vehicle on September 21. Ms. Brown was located during a routine traffic stop and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Monday, October 1, at 5:48pm, TFC E. Mersman conducted a traffic stop on a black passenger vehicle traveling in the area of Three Notch Road and North Sandgates Road, for a traffic violation. Upon approaching the vehicle, TFC Mersman was able to positively identify the male operator,25, of Lexington Park and both passengers Justin Darrell Biscoe, 25, of Lexington Park and Javon Lyzel Dickens, 21, of Piney Point. A search the vehicle and persons resulted in the possession of CDS charges being placed against Biscoe and Dickens. Both subjects were arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. They were charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, October 2, at 9:00am, TFC M. Davis served a Bench Warrant (T3-15696) on Johnson Patrick Weber, 59, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Registered Firearm: Illegal Possession on September 18. Mr. Weber turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

THEFT UNDER $100: On Tuesday, October 2, at 3:28pm, TFC E. Mersman responded to Wal-Mart located at 45485 Miramar Way in California, for a reported theft. Upon arrival, TFC Mersman made contact with the Store Manager, who advised that she witnessed a female taking cosmetics, placing them in her purse, and attempted to leave the store. TFC Mersman then made contact with Brittney Ann Vega, 19, of Piney Point who admitted to taking the cosmetics. A further search of Ms. Vega's purse revealed CDS being located. Ms. Vega was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
