LEONARDTOWN, Md. (December 7, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, November 30, at 7:00pm, Tpr. S. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-15791) on John Warren Gibson, Jr., 25, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Montgomery County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on October 19. Mr. Gibson was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, December 1, at 3:18pm, Tpr. D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-15724) on Osiris Iram Hernandez, 21, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving without a License on October 10. Mr. Hernandez was located in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, December 2, at 10:45am, Tpr. D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-15693) on Anthony Davonn Cauley, 22, of Waldorf. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on September 21. Mr. Cauley was located by the Maryland State Police, La Plata Barrack and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, December 2, at 11:56pm, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-15792) on Krisyal Nicole Phares, 25, of Chaptico. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Charles County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on November 8. Ms. Phares was located in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, December 3, at 1:30am, TFC J. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-14473) on Sabrina La Wanda Duckett, 37, of Dahlgren. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on June 15, 2010. Ms. Duckett was located while crossing the Harry Nice Bridge and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, December 4, at 10:55am, TFC G. Thompson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15774) on John Shaw Lore, 50, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County for Violation of Probation with an original charge of Driving while Impaired by Alcohol on November 16. Mr. Lore was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, December 4, at 12:43pm, Tpr. W. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-15752) on Thomas Leroy Taylor, 53, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Rogue and Vagabond on November 1. Mr. Taylor was located in Leonardtown and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, December 4, at 8:27pm, TFC G. Thompson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15782) on Thomas Gerald Burandt, 30, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on November 21. Mr. Burandt was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, December 5, at 12:45am, TFC G. Thompson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15781) on Denay Lucrica Marie Campbell, 23, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on November 21. Ms. Campbell was located at her residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, December 5, at 5:11pm, TFC E, Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15721) on Steven Lee Rovinski, 25, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Theft Under One Hundred Dollars on October 9. Mr. Rovinski was located in the attic at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, December 5, at 6:24pm, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15585) on Annemarie Christine Arnold, 39, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Knowingly Driving Uninsured Vehicle on July 11. Ms. Arnold was located at her place of employment and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, December 6, at 6:00am, Tpr. S. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-15660) on Ronald W. Warden, 41, of Waldorf. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS Possession on August 28. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
