MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.



LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Nov. 30, 2015)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

THEFT: On November 23, 2015 at 4:00 pm, TFC Couter responded to the 20000 block of Dove Place in Lexington Park for a reported theft. The complainant advised a lawn mower was stolen from outside the residence. The case remains open pending further investigation. (15-MSP-043518)

THEFT: On November 23, 2015 at 7:31 pm, TFC Couter responded to the Kohl's Department Store for a reported theft. Investigation revealed a male juvenile, 8, of Great Mills, and a female juvenile, 14, of Great Mills, had taken numerous items from the store. The juveniles were charged with Theft Less Than $100 and released to a parent. (15-MSP-043557)

THEFT: In two separate incidents, Amy Marie Copsey, 33, of Mechanicsville was charged with theft. On November 25, 2015 at 4:44 pm, Ms. Copsey attempted to steal numerous items from the Wal-Mart in California. She was issued a "Notice Not To Trespass" and charged with Theft Less than $1000 by TFC Regina. On November 27, 2015 at 2:17 pm, Ms. Copsey attempted to steal numerous items from the Dollar General in Mechanicsville. She was charged with Theft Under $100 and issued a Criminal Citation. VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER: On November 27, 2015 at 11:16 am, TFC Pitcher initiated a traffic stop on a white SUV for a minor traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver, David Thomas Dillow, 30, of Hollywood, and investigation revealed he was in violation of a Final Protective Order. Mr. Dillow was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (15-MSP-044089)

INDECENT EXPOSURE: On November 28, 2015 at 12:39 am, Tpr. Mulhearn was approached by a complainant at the Wal-Mart in California. The complainant advised that a male was exposing himself and following her around the parking lot. Tpr. Mulhearn and Tpr. Capranica made contact with the suspect, Lamar Antonio Allen, 47, of Solomons, and placed him under arrest for Indecent Exposure. Mr. Allen was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (15-MSP-044183)

DISORDERLY, RESISTING ARREST: On November 28, 2015 at 7:29 pm, Tpr. Mulhearn responded to the Bay District Fire Department for a reported disorderly subject. Tpr. Mulhearn made contact with the complainant, who advised Aaron Jamaal Hudson, 21, of Lexington Park, had been acting in a disorderly manner and had been asked to leave. While Tpr. Mulhearn was escorting Mr. Hudson from the firehouse, Mr. Hudson began to pull away. Mr. Hudson balled his fist in an aggressive manner and failed to comply with several verbal commands. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was charged with Trespassing, Failure to Obey a Lawful Order, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (15-MSP-044294)

Mukiibi, Bulasio M., 24, of Great Mills, served on 11/24/2015 for Failure to Appear in Court
