LEONARDTOWN, Md. (June 13, 2016)—The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office released the following incident and arrest reports.

DEPUTIES IDENTIFY AND ARREST SUSPECT IN ROBBERY CASE: On June 7, St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Patrol deputies responded to a parking lot in Lexington Park for a reported robbery. The victim advised he was seated in his vehicle when a subject, later identified as Damon Franklin Graham, 32, of Lexington Park, demanded money, assaulted the victim, and fled with the victim's property. Graham was later located, arrested, and charged with Robbery, Second Degree Assault, Theft Less than $1000, and two counts of Malicious Destruction of Property.

MAN KILLED AFTER BEING PINNED UNDER CAR: On June 9, at 11:18 p.m., patrol deputies from the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office and Emergency Medical Personnel responded to an address on Kavanagh Road in Mechanicsville. Upon arrival, deputies and medical personnel located victim Mark Deangelo Medley, 51, of Mechanicsville, pinned underneath a vehicle he was servicing. The victim was declared deceased by Medical Personnel. Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division, Crime Scene Technicians, and a Forensic Investigator responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.

DEATH INVESTIGATION: On June 11, at 9:20 a.m., patrol officers from the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office responded to an area located in the vicinity of 20995 Point lookout Road (Food Lion store) in Callaway for the report of a subject not breathing. Upon arrival, deputies located a deceased male. It does not appear there are any suspicious factors surrounding the male's death, and officers are attempting to locate the male's next of kin.

HEROIN BUST: Vice/Narcotics detectives developed Maurice Terrell Kent, 33, of Great Mills, as a distributor of heroin. Undercover purchases of heroin were conducted and a search and seizure warrant was obtained for his home. The Emergency Services Team, K-9 deputies, and Vice/Narcotics Support Team deputies, executed the search warrant on his Great Mills residence. Detectives recovered numerous baggies of heroin which were pre-packaged for sale and carried a street value of nearly $1,100, more than $3,900 in cash, a handgun and two boxes of ammunition. Additional charges are pending a review with the State's Attorney.

HEROIN, COCAINE: Lavonte Devon King, 24, of Lexington Park, was the target of a drug investigation which led to detectives obtaining a search and seizure warrant for his Lexington Park home. Detectives recovered heroin and cocaine from the home and additional charges are expected pending a State's Attorney's review.

BURGLARY: Unknown suspect(s) entered a shed and stole property in the 45000 block of Locust Grove Drive in Valley Lee. Deputy Lawrence is investigating the case. CASE# 30177-16

BURGLARY: Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a business in the 46000 block of Corporate Drive and stole property. Cpl Snyder is investigating the case. CASE# 30006-16

BURGLARY: Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a residence and stole property in the 46000 block of Flower Drive in Lexington Park. Dep. Siciliano is investigating the case.

ARSON: Unknown suspect(s) set fire to a vehicle in a driveway in the 23000 block of Three Notch Road in California. The Fire Marshal responded to the scene and assumed the investigation. CASE# 30491-16

BURGLARY: Unknown suspect(s) stole property from a victim's yard in the 24000 block of Mervell Dean Road in Hollywood. Corporal Corcoran is investigating the case. CASE# 30593-16
