Southern Maryland Online sponsorship is a conspicuous and
inexpensive way to reach those in the market for a new home while showing
support for the community. We are an online tourism, relocation, and general
community guide, serving Charles, Calvert, and St. Mary's Counties in
Maryland since April 1996.

Your sponsorship package includes the following:
- A listing and link to your website in all appropriate
real estate and
marketplace categories. Your listing
will consist of your agency name, contact information and a descriptive
paragraph. A logo can be included as well at no extra charge.
- Up to three graphic banners that rotate through our information pages
and link back to your website. You will receive a special username and
password so that you can check your banner stats at any time. We
will create one banner for you as part of the package if requested.
Additional banners can be created for an additional fee or you may provide
them.
- A rotating article on the front page,
showing you as a Featured Sponsor.
- Priority listing, before any other type listings or affiliates.
- Recognition as a new sponsor on our front page and in our newsletter,
which goes out to several thousand subscribers each month.
- You will also receive our monthly newsletter, telling you how many
visitors Southern Maryland Online received that month, our most popular
sections, most high-traffic days, and pertinent demographic information.
How Much Does it Cost?
BROKERS —
The cost to advertise your entire brokerage is $200/month.
INDIVIDUAL AGENTS —
Individual agents, whose parent Brokerage also advertises, can purchase
their own advertising package independent of the Brokerage for the reduced monthly fee of
$100 /month.
INDIVIDUAL AGENTS (Broker not Listed) —
Individual agents, whose parent Brokerage does not advertise, can purchase
this advertising package for $200 /month.
All packages require a minimum initial contract of 3 months. After the initial
period, advertising is at-will and can be cancelled at any time prior to
your monthly renewal date.
The initial quarterly payment is due in advance.
After that, we can invoice you monthly, quarterly, or annually. You
can make payment by check or pay on-line using our secure payment website. We accept VISA

If you prepay for 6 months, you will
receive a 10% discount. Your total cost
will be $2,160 which represents a savings of $240. Your average monthly
cost is reduced to $180.00!
If you prepay for a year, you will
receive a 20% discount. Your total cost
will be $1,920 which represents a savings of $480. Your average monthly
cost is reduced to $160!
