Sterling Jarloth Hayden, age 45 of Marbury, Maryland died February 9, 2020. He was born and raised in La Plata, Maryland. He loved riding his Harley and being on or near the water, both were very calming and peaceful to him. He was a genius at fixing anything with a motor. He could get anything running no matter how messed up it was. He was willing to try just about anything once. He was a little dare devil as a kid and kept his mother on her toes. She spent many hours with him in the emergency room. He had a huge heart and would do anything for anybody. He loved camping and spending time with his dogs and his family.

He was the son of Robert Kermit Hayden, Jr. and Mary Ann Hayden. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his brother, Robert K. Hayden, III and his sister, Mona Stonestreet. He is survived by his mother, Mary Ann Hayden; his wife, Michelle Hayden; his sisters, Dawnetta Plumer (Mike), Kimberly Thompson (Bo), and Danica "Nissie" Murphy (JR); his brothers-in-law, Roy Kline and Richard Kline, Jr.; his sister-in-law, Cindy Conger (Kevin); his nephews, Michael Plumer, Jr. (Tricia), R.J. Stonestreet (Mary), JT Thompson, Tyler Murphy, Logan Murphy, and Bryce Murphy; his nieces, Holly Hulsey (Michael), Michele Thompson, Julianne Hayden, Alexis Gagnon (Nic), Kayla Conger, Chelsea Conger, Kricket Datcher, and Alyssa Kline; his great nieces, Makenna Hulsey, Makenley Hulsey, Kyleigh Plumer, Nala Arroyo; and his great nephews, Colton Stonestreet and Levi Plumer.

Visitation on Monday, February 17, 2020 from 5-8PM with Funeral Service at 7PM at Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646.
