years in New Construction, and actually drafted blueprints for over 13
years. I'm able to represent my clients in the purchase and sale of
property with a greater knowledge of homes having this very specific
knowledge and background. In addition, I also have a full understanding
of construction permitting in our area. I truly love my job and pride
myself on my knowledge of sales statistics, current transactions, school
districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including
mortgage, insurance and inspection information. Since I love to give
back to my industry as well, I currently hold a board committee position
at the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors, and I'm a Board
Director for Calvert County.
