On November 29th, 2004 at 8:30pm, Deputies from the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office and Trooper from the Maryland State Police responded to the North Beach Fastop located at 8834 Chesapeake Ave, North Beach, Md. for an armed robbery report. The complaint said a white male wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt pulled tight around his face, entered the store produced a handgun and demanded money. The complainant complied with the demand and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect fled on foot, westbound on 2nd Street. Deputies and Troopers conducted a search of the area with negative results.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 20’s approximately 5’05” with a slim to medium build. The Calvert Investigative Team is investigating this case.
