On 12-22-04 St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy Milton Pesante located Suspect Crystal Lynn Wilkerson and served her with a Criminal Summons. Suspect Wilkerson allegedly wrote a check in May 2004 for $28.98 to Foodlion without having sufficient funds to cover the check. Suspect was arrested and charged with Bad Check and is currently awaiting a court date.
