MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On April 4, approximately 8:35 PM, in the 6800 block of Hallowing Ln., Prince Frederick, an unknown culprit used a BB gun to damage a door to a residence. Several witnesses observed 4 to 5 individuals running from the scene. TFC Johns is handling the investigation.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On April 5, 8:48 AM, Prince Frederick Blvd., Prince Frederick, TPR Stern stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. A computer search revealed that the operator, Eric Randolph Jones, 31, of Huntingtown, was driving on a revoked license. Incident to arrest, a baggie of suspected marijuana and CDS paraphernalia were recovered from the vehicle. Mr. Jones was then additionally charged with possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On April 6, 4:15 AM, Rt. 2/4, Lusby, TPR Towers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. A computer check revealed that the operator, Christopher Michael Wolf, 22, of Lusby, was driving on a revoked license. Incident to arrest, a search of the vehicle produced suspected marijuana and a CDS smoking device. In addition to the traffic charge, Mr. Wolf was charged with possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On April 6, 11:31 PM, Mt. Harmony Rd., Owings, TPR Roy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. A computer check revealed that the operator, a 17-year-old male, of Hughesville, was not licensed to drive. Incident to arrest, a baggie of suspected marijuana was located near the vehicle, and a baggie of suspected marijuana was located in the passenger’s shoe. At that time, Navon Samuels Rice, 19, of Hughesville, was placed under arrest for possession of marijuana. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing. The juvenile was also charged with possession of marijuana and then released to a guardian.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On April 9, 11:01 PM, Rt. 2/4, Lusby, TPR Towers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The operator, Manuel Santiago, 23, of Bridgeton, NJ, was subsequently arrested for DUI. Incident to arrest, 3 baggies of suspected marijuana were located on his person. He was then additionally charged with possession of marijuana. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
