MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

THEFT: During the overnight hours of 5-16, an unknown culprit removed over $2400.00 in parts (wheel grid, j-hook chains, bridal assemblies, and LED magnetic tow light kit) from a tow truck parked at Calvert Auto Body, Prince Frederick. TPR Chirichella is handling the investigation.

BURGLARY: On 5-18, 3:52 PM, TPR Donaldson was dispatched to a residence on White Sands Dr., Lusby, for a burglary complaint. Stolen property included clothing, money, DVD’s, a handgun, video equipment, video games, and jewelry. Total property loss was estimated at $3,460.00. With the assistance of witnesses, suspects were developed. Arrested for 1st degree burglary, 2 counts of theft (+$500) and theft (-$500) was Victor Johnlee Scottland, 18, of Lusby. The handgun and some of the stolen property were recovered from his residence. A second suspect, a 14-year-old male, of Lusby, is being sought for questioning. After processing, Mr. Scottland was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 5-21, 1:36 AM, Rt. 4, Owings, TPR Korn stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The operator, Lisa Marie Schriver, 23, of Lexington Park, was subsequently arrested for DUI. Incident to arrest, a search of the vehicle produced a baggie of suspected marijuana and a CDS smoking device. Ms. Schriver was then additionally charged with possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. After processing, she was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
