MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Oct. 28, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, October 18 at 10:18 am, Tpr. B. Weber served a Bench Warrant (T3-16170) on Christopher Mark Steger, 37, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Per Se on September 13. Mr. Steger was located in Mechanicsville. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and is held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, October 18 at 3:45 pm, TFC M. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant (T3-16174) on Randall William Plummer, 24, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Theft Less than $100 on September 19. Mr. Plummer was located in Lexington Park. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and is held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, October 21 at 3:43 am, Tpr. K. Baker served a Bench Warrant (T3-16170) on Tammy Nannette McGinnis, 45, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Knowingly Driving Uninsured Vehicle on October 9. Ms. McGinnis was located in Lexington Park. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and is held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, October 21 at 10:45 am, TFC R. Jackson served an Arrest Warrant (T3-16221) on Christopher Randolph Burck, 29, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with charges of Peace Order: Fail to Comply on October 20. Mr. Burck was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center, where he was already incarcerated. He was served and is held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, October 21 at 6:20 pm, Tpr. E. Krenik served a Bench Warrant (T3-16224) on Benjamin Charlton Albright, 28, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Fail to Obey Lawful Order on October 18. Mr. Albright turned himself in to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and is held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, October 22 at 8:00 pm, Cpl. M. Grimes served a Bench Warrant (T3-16220) on Larry Matthew Thomas, 29, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with a charge of Violation of Probation on September 30. Mr. Thomas was located in Great Mills. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and is held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

TRESPASSING: On Tuesday, October 22 at 10:55 pm, TFC S. Ditoto responded to the Walmart in California for the report of a trespassing. Upon arrival, TFC Ditoto made contact with Loss Prevention personnel who advised Allan Michael Joy, 23, of California, was in violation of an active Notice Not to Trespass Order. The employee advised that he recognized Mr. Joy from previous incidents at Walmart and provided TFC Ditoto with a copy of the Notice Not to Trespass Order. Mr. Joy was placed under arrest for Trespass on Private Property and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, October 23 at 2:53 pm, Tpr. S. Gallagher served a Bench Warrant (T3-16215) on Andrew Joseph King, 28, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with a charge of Violation of Probation on October 15. Mr. King was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center, where he was already incarcerated. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Judge.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, October 23 at 5:50 pm, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-16227) on John Otha Dickens, 24, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with a charge of Fail to Obey a Court Order on October 20. Mr. Dickens was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center, where he was already incarcerated. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Judge.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, October 24 at 1:40 am, Tpr. K. Morris served a Bench Warrant (T3-16228) on Desmond Nicholas Fitzgerald, 19, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with original charges of Driving Without License and Violation of Rental Agreement on October 23. Mr. Fitzgerald was located in Lexington Park. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and is held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, October 24 at 3:50 pm, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-16225) on Eric William Tayman, 23, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with original charges of CDS Possess Not Marijuana and Driving While Suspended on October 18. Mr. Tayman turned himself in to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and is held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, October 25 at 7:57 pm, Tpr. S. Gallagher served a Bench Warrant (T3-16131) on Christopher Paul Forrest, 37, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with original charges of Driving Without a License and Driving While Suspended on August 16. Mr. Forrest turned himself in to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and is held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
