Ann B. Davis of La Plata, MD passed away on Monday July 12, 2021 . Born December 20,1932, to the late Victor and Evelyn Bowling. Predeceased by her husband, Elliott B. Davis; her daughter Evelyn A. Davis; her siblings Victor Bowling Jr. and Patricia Albrittain.

Survived by her daughter Bonnie Mindick. Grandchildren Kevin Davis, Kristin Quade and Ashley Wall. Great-grandchildren Kylie, Nick, Braylin and Camden, great-great grandson Kashton. Brother Samuel Bowling (Joan) and many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Ann was passionate about her career as a realtor. Which led her to become the broker of her own company Davis Realty Inc.. From there, she successfully led her close-knit team for over 40 years. Her expertise and dedication created a faithful client base many of which became lifelong friends.

Her enthusiasm for hard work flowed into her community. She served as the president of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors in 1986. Active on the Charles County fair board for many years, she served as president from 1992 -1997. She enjoyed traveling and could often be found with her close group of friends at her favorite casinos.

Ann was the matriarch of her family, always the go-to person for problem solving. She was the first to cheer you on and gave the most valuable life advice. She was beloved by many and will be greatly missed.

The family will receive friends on Monday July 19, 2021 from 10 until service time at 11 AM at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home (LaPlata, MD)

Interment to follow at the Trinity Memorial Gardens (Waldorf, MD).

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Charles County.
