On August 11, 2004, members of the Bureau of Criminal Investigations Vice/Narcotics Unit conducted an undercover operation in Lexington Park. During the operation, the officer made contact with Sonya Spicer 35 Yoa of Lexington Park. During the contact, Spicer offered to perform a sexual act in exchange for money. Spicer was arrested for prostitution and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center to await an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
