St. Mary's County Police Report for December 02, 2004


On 11-30-04 St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office DFC John W. K. Cusic located Suspect Kashif Delouisq Dyson and served him with a Criminal Summons for Theft Less Than $100. Suspect Dyson allegedly pumped gas at the Sheetz Store in Great Mills and drove off without paying. Suspect Dyson was arrested and charged with Theft Less Than $100 and is currently awaiting a court date.

On 12-01-04 St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy John W. K. Cusic responded to a reported Theft at the Peebles Department Store in Lexington Park. Deputy Cusic's investigation revealed that Suspect Charles Nathaniel Dickerson had removed a watch and perfume from the business without paying for the items. Suspect Dickerson was arrested and charged with two (2) counts of Theft Under $100. Suspect Dyson is currently awaiting a court date.

On 12-01-04 St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy SDFC Kevin D. Somerville responded to the report of an Assault in the Mechanicsville. SDFC Somerville's investigation revealed that Suspect Doris Elizabeth Thomas went to a residence in Mechanicsville and assaulted a female victim. Suspect Thomas was arrested, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center, charged with Assault Second Degree and Trespass and is currently awaiting a court date.
