10:00 a.m. - College of Southern Maryland - State of the College (Dr. Elaine Ryan, President) Action: receive report

10:45 a.m. - Break

11:00 a.m. - Transportation Plan Update ( C. Beall, Dev/CapServices) Action: receive update

12:00 p.m. - Executive Lunch (Matters discussed concern the executive function of the executive branch of County Government & do not include matters constituting the legislative, quasi-legislative and advisory function of government)

1:30 p.m. - Budget Work Session - Enterprise Funds (D. Eicholtz, Fiscal Services)

3:30 p.m. - Adjourn

This meeting will be televised live on Channel 95; repeated on Thursday and Saturday at 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. 9:30 a.m. - Executive Function for the Human Resources Director to present preliminary results of an employee climate survey to the County Commissioners sitting as the Chief Executive Body of the Charles County Government. This will be in closed session

11:15 a.m. - Commissioners leave to attend Volunteer Recognition Luncheon at Waldorf JC's

1:00 p.m. - Commissioners leave the Waldorf JC's

1:30 p.m. - The Commissioners will reconvene in a meeting room at the Department of Social Services to discuss a personnel appointment pursuant to Section 10-508(a)(1) of the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland. This will be in closed session
