St. Mary's Police Reports


On 04/22/05 DFC Emory Johnson served a criminal summons on Eldridge Eugene Shade, 39 of Mechanicsville. The criminal summons charges Shade with Assault 2nd degree on John Robinson at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. The summons was obtained by DFC Johnson following his investigation of the assault.

On 04/22/05 Deputy Jay Kirkner served a Juvenile Retake Warrant on a 15 year old juvenile from Mervell Dean Road in Hollywood.

On 04/22/05 DFC Patrick Handy served a warrant on Krista Renee Barnes, 27 of Lexington Park. The warrant was obtained by Robert E. White of Lexington Park. The warrant obtained by Mr. White charges Barnes with assault 2nd degree that occurred on or about 02/23/2004 after Barnes struck him in the head with a beer bottle.

On 04/22/05 Deputy Jay Kirkner served a warrant on Edward Vincent Adamson, 40 no fixed address. The warrant from Circuit Court charges Adamson with Failure to Appear for Trial on 12/1/6/04 for Non-criminal child support.

On 04/23/05 DFC Randy Wood charged Kenneth Luther Greenidge, 36 of Mechanicsville with Escape 1st degree. The charges against Greenidge were based upon a Retake Warrant issued by Cpl. Helen Nolan for Greenidge not returning from work release.

On 04/22/05 DFC Emory Johnson served a criminal summons on Stacey Lynn Robinson, 23 of Charlotte Hall. The criminal summons on Robinson charges her with 5 counts of Theft under $500, 4 counts of Forgery, 4 counts of Uttering a Forged Document and 1 count of Theft Scheme over $500. The Forgery and Uttering charges carry penalties of 10 years and/or a $1000 fine each offense, the Theft under carry penalties of 18 months or $500 and the Theft Scheme carries a penalty of 15 years and/or $25000 fine.

On 04/23/05 Deputy Jay Kirkner responded to Target Store parking lot for a reported property destruction. Deputy Kirkner was contacted by Cheslie Williams who advised that an unknown female had scratched the side of her vehicle. The investigation revealed that the victim was approached in the store by a white female in her 40's who confronted her about parking in her parking spot. The victim went outside and discovered the destruction. Deputy Kirkner's investigation is continuing with viewing of the surveillance tapes and identification of the suspect.

On 04/23/04 Deputy Kirkner responded to Cabot place for a reported hit and run accident. His investigation revealed that an unlicenced 17 year old female had taken a vehicle to go to the store, lost control and struck 2 parked vehicles, then fled the scene. She was apprehended and charged with Driving w/out a license and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.

On 04/23/05 DFC Emory Johnson served a criminal summons on Meghanne Brittany Thompson, 20 of Mechanicsville. The criminal summons charges Thompson with obtaining goods and services from Food Lion Store by writing a bad check.

On 04/24/05 DFC Patrick Handy served 2 Circuit Court Petitions on Donald Raymond Abel, 41 of Lexington Park. The petitions/warrants charge Abel with Violation of Probation for a CDS offense and a Driving Offense.
