On July 9th, 2005 at 2:20 am, Dfc. Tomlison responded to the area of Md. Rt. 4 and Stokley Road, Prince Frederick, Md. for a report of a woman lying in the roadway. Upon his arrival he found Brenda J. Bylan, 39 years old of Dunkirk, Md. sitting on a curb in front of Calvert Memorial Hospital. She appeared to be extremely intoxicated. She was unable to stand and could not walk without assistance. Due to her state of intoxication she was placed under arrest for her safety and the safety of other. She was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center was charged with Public Intoxication.
