Deputy Shawn Moses of the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office located Suspect David W. Thompson, Jr. of Leonardtown. Suspect Thompson was served a Criminal Summons charging him with three (3) counts of Theft Less Than $100 as reported in the charging documents the victim filed. Suspect Thompson was arrested, charged with the three (3) counts of Theft Less Than $100, released on his personal recognizance and is currently awaiting a court date.
