On August 5th, 2005 at 7:28 pm, Deputy R. Cox conducted a traffic stop on Club House Drive, Lusby, Md. Based on observations made during the stop, Cpl Gregory and K-9 Robbie, conducted a scan of the car. Robbie alerted on the vehicle. A search was conducted and suspected marijuana and Ecstasy were located in the vehicle and on the occupants. The driver, Jesse D. Ledford, 20 years old of Lusby, Md. was placed under arrest for possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia. He was transported to the Detention Center for processing. The passengers, all of whom are juveniles, were charged with possession of CDS and possession of CDS paraphernalia on youth reports and released to parents.
