California Man Arrested for Failure to Return for Jury Duty

Deputy First Class William D. Ray located Karl Loomis age 26 of California and served a Writ of Body Attachment on him. Mr. Loomis was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was charged with one (1) count of Failing to Return for Jury Duty. Mr. Loomis is currently awaiting a hearing before Judge C. Clarke Raley in St. Mary's County Circuit Court.
