Great Mills High School is hosting their homecoming parade on 10-14-05 from 5:00 to 6:00 PM. The parade will be on Great Mills Road from Westbury Blvd. to Great Mills High School. St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office expects that this could cause numerous traffic delays on Great Mills Road and surrounding roads such as Chancellors Run Road, Point Lookout Road, and Peggs Road in Great Mills.
The Sheriff's Office suggests that motorist avoid those areas and travel on Three Notch Road or adjust their travel times to avoid the major delays.
