On 12/08/05 Officers of St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Paternity Warrants Unit and the Bureau of Criminal Investigations Narcotics Division arrested Izella Bush on warrants for one charge of Felony Theft over $500, two charges of Possession of CDS, and one charge of Failure to Appear in Court for Child Support.
The defendant had fled from officers who attempted to arrest him on these charges twice in two weeks. Officers received information of his whereabouts and apprehended him as he left the residence in a vehicle. The defendant gave a false name but was recognized by the officers and arrested without further incident.
