Santa Will Not Be Visiting This Young Man


On Dec. 14 at approximately 9:22 p.m., Officer R. D. Snyder was at a residence in the 11000 block of Dorado Beach Court in Waldorf investigating an unrelated theft charge when he discovered a 16-year-old boy there was in possession of marijuana. The boy assaulted his father and the officer and resisted arrest. Officer Snyder charged him with two counts of second degree assault, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest. The boy was released to his parents pending further action by the Department of Juvenile Services.
