On 02/06/06 at approximately 0234 hours, Deputy First Class Edward Evans initiated a traffic stop in California. DFC Evans identified the driver as Shawne Laverne O'Berry, age 35 of California. DFC Evans detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on the breath of Ms. O'Berry. Ms. O'Berry failed to satisfactorily complete field sobriety tests and was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with Driving Under the Influence.
