Lexington Park Man Arrested for Failure to Return from Prison Work Release

On 02/27/06, Marvin Rayfield Chase, 38 years of age from Lexington Park, failed to return to the St. Mary's County Detention Center from Work Release. On 02/28/06 at approximately 0100 hours, Deputy Jason Maletto located Chase in the Lexington Park area, placed him in custody, and returned him to the Detention Center charging Chase with Escape.
