Hughesville Man's Conduct Lands him in Jail for Disorderly & Assault


On 04/29/2006 at approximately 2245 hours, Deputy Angela M. Muller responded to Marshall Street in Mechanicsville for a report of an intoxicated, disorderly subject. The subject was identified as [redacted] years old of Hughesville, MD. While at the scene, Deputy Muller observed [redacted] acting in a disorderly manner refusing to lower his voice and was disturbing the neighborhood. [redacted] continued after repeated warnings by Deputy Muller and grabbed the Deputy's wrist. [redacted] was subsequently taken into custody and was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Failure To Obey a Lawful Order, and 2nd Degree Assault.
