On Friday, May 12, 2006 at 12:45 am, TFC M. Moore served David Jerome Woodland, 38, of Mechanicsville, with a criminal summons to appear in court to answer to an Indecent Exposure charge. This charge resulted out of an incident on April 4, 2006. (0682003716, 1Q00033419)

On Friday, May 12, 2006 at 1:08 am, TFC M. Laney responded to Forest Landing Road, Hollywood, for a reported destruction of property. Investigation revealed that 15 mailboxes had been destroyed on Forest Landing Road and Holly Tree Lane. The investigation is continuing. (0682005107)

On Friday, May 12, 2006 at 4:15 am, TFC M. Moore served Ann Marie Reynolds, 30, of Lexington Park, with a criminal summons to appear in court to answer to an assault charge. This charge resulted from an altercation on April 21, 2006. (0682004378, 2Q00033420)

On Friday, May 12, 2006 at 1:10 pm, Tpr. G. White responded to Archer Street, Leonardtown, for a reported destruction of property. The victim advised that two driver side windows on his vehicle had been shattered. The investigation is continuing. (0682005121)

On Sunday, May 14, 2006 at 12:30 pm, Tpr. K. Shughart responded to Great Mills Road and South Shangri La, Lexington Park, for a reported collision. During the investigation, contact was made with the at fault driver, William James Kolton, 41, of Valley Lee, and an odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected. Mr. Kolton was subsequently arrested for DUI. A search incident to arrest was conducted. A smoking device containing marijuana was located in Mr. Kolton's shoe. Mr. Kolton was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia, DUI, and traffic violations. He was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bail review. (0682005207)

On Sunday, May 14, 2006 at 9:19 pm, TFC J. Linger stopped a vehicle for having an improper tag light on Route 235 at Route 245, Hollywood. Upon contact with the occupants of the vehicle an odor of marijuana was detected. During a probable cause search, a bag of marijuana was retrieved. Passenger, Carlos Edward Young, 22, of Mechanicsville, was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. He was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bail review. (0682005218)

On Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at 9:30 am, TFC T. Quade arrested Nathaniel Woodson Brown, 18, on two District Court Bench Warrants for Failing to Appear in Court to answer to two charges of driving while suspended. Mr. Brown was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held until posting $3,500 bond on each warrant. (DX94934, DX94722)

On Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at 3:20 pm, Tpr. D. Lewis arrested Benjamin Jay Shobert, 24, of Mechanicsville, on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in Court to answer to a driving while revoked charge. Mr. Shobert was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held on no bond. (DX93957)

On Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at 4:15 pm, Roland Blake Ghiloni, 35, of Leonardtown, was extradited from Florida back to Maryland and served with a Circuit Court Warrant for Violation of Probation charges. Mr. Ghiloni was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held until posting a $10,000 bond. (95-151)
