Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrant Found w/Crack


On 06/01/2006, Deputy First Class David L. Corcoran and Deputy First Class Charles F. Earle of the Special Operations Division Warrants/Support Enforcement Unit, observed Marshall Howard Carr and recognized him as having an outstanding arrest warrant. Carr, age 42 of no fixed address, resisted as the deputies attempt to affect the arrest by assaulting the deputies with his fists. Upon apprehension, a search incident to the arrest revealed 2 rocks of suspected crack cocaine in his possession. Deputies suffered only minor injuries and Carr was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center.
