The Charles County Department of Health Division of Environmental Health Services has lifted the water contact advisory around the boat ramp at Friendship Landing on Nanjemoy Creek. Samples taken on June 6 indicated that bacteria was below the recreational maximum contamination level and did not pose a health risk to the public.
