Calvert County Sheriff's Reports


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. - The Calvert County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports.

ASSAULT: A victim reported to Dfc. William R. Milam that she was sitting in her vehicle at the intersection of Coyote Trail and Coyote Drive in Lusby on November 2 at approximately 11:30 p.m. when an unknown female suspect entered the victim's vehicle and pushed and choked her. The victim hollered for help and two unidentified males came to her aid, forcing the suspect to flee. Dfc. Milam is continuing the investigation.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: A student at Huntingtown High School reported to Dfc. Richard Wilson that unknown suspects forced entry into her vehicle while it was parked at the school on November 3 between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The culprits attempted to steal a stereo faceplate but were unsuccessful. The victim estimated the damage at approximately $250.00. Wilson will continue to investigate.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: A victim on Santa Domingo Drive in Lusby reported to Dep. John M. Bonville that her vehicle had been damaged on November 4 between 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. The windshield had been smashed and the hood dented. Damage is estimated at $1000. Bonville will continue the investigation.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Dep. Brian Wendland responded to a home on Catalina Drive in Lusby on November 4 for a reported destruction of property. The victim advised that at 7:00 p.m. unknown suspects threw a brick and smashed the front door window. Damage is estimated at $400. Anyone with information is asked to contact Dep. Wendland at 410-535-2800.
