MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

On December 8, 2006 at 4:11 am, TFC Moore responded to the Charlotte Hall motel in an attempt to serve a warrant on Kimberly Ann Gordon, 21 of Mechanicsville. Upon entering the room, TFC Moore observed Lois Ann Doyle, 40 of Mechanicsville holding a CDS smoking device and thirty dollars cash both containing crack cocaine residue. Ms. Gordon was in possession of a digital scale and lid containing crack cocaine residue. Ms. Gordon was taken into custody for the warrant service and both were arrested for possession of crack cocaine and CDS paraphernalia. Ms. Gordon and Ms. Doyle were transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending a bond review.

On December 9, 2006 at 5:10 am, TFC Moore responded to the 21000 block of Dana Court in Lexington Park for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival TFC Moore observed Izella Edgar Bush, 38 of Lexington Park inside the residence, assaulting a female victim, 38 of Leonardtown. Mr. Bush was arrested for 2nd degree assault and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending a bond review.

On December 9, 2006 at 7:30 pm, TFC Quade responded to the 21000 block of N. Essex Drive in Lexington Park for the report of an assault and destruction of property. Upon arrival, contact was made with the complainants/victims, 2 black females, ages 21 and 45 both of Lexington Park. Once inside the residence, TFC Quade observed extensive property destruction to furniture and to the walls. The victims advised Crystal Lynn Harris, white female, 27 of Lexington Park was responsible for the destruction property and threatened both of them with a knife. She then left the area on foot. Ms. Harris was later located and arrested for assault and malicious destruction of property. Ms. Harris was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending a bond review.

On December 11, 2006 at 1:42 am, TFC Fleetwood responded to the 43000 block of Hugh Drive in Hollywood for a report of an assault. The investigation revealed the complainant/suspect, Patrick Michael Dodson, 27 of Hollywood, assaulted the victim, white female, 22 of Hollywood. Mr. Dodson was arrested for 2nd degree assault and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending a bond review.

On December 11, 2006 at 3:52 am, Tpr. Brill responded to the 23000 block of Maypole Rd., in Leonardtown for a report of theft from motor vehicle. Contact was made with the victim, 37 of Leonardtown. He advised unknown subject(s) broke into his Jeep Wrangler and took his cellphone and satellite radio. Investigation continues.
