St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department on Friday released the following incident and arrest reports.

DeWayne Anthony Butler (Age 42) was arrested by Deputy Marci Faulkner for Driving under the Influence. Suspect Butler is a repeat offender.

Michael David Maskalenko (Age 22 of Great Mills) was arrested by Deputy David Corcoran for Driving under the Influence.

Keith Daniel Young (Age 39 of Great Mills) was arrested by Deputy Robert Merritt for Driving under the Influence. He is a repeat offender.

Paul Alexander Fenwick (Age 44 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Elizabeth Trossbach. Suspect Fenwick is a repeat offender.

Larry Cross (Age 53) was charged by Deputy Shaun Carberry for Driving under the Influence. He is a repeat offender.

John Frederick Vance (Mechanicsville) was arrested by Deputy Timothy Butler for Driving While Revoked and Driving under the Influence. He is a repeat offender.

Jeremey Wayne Wigglesworth (Age 19 of Mechanicsville) was arrested by Deputy Michael George for Driving under the Influence.

Scott Lamont Cole (Age 31 of Alexandria, Va.) was arrested by Deputy Kristy Nelson for Driving under the Influence.

Manh Ngoc Phung (Age 34 of Dunfries, Va.) was arrested by Deputy Angela Muller for Driving under the Influence. He is a repeat offender.

Richard Frank Powell (Age 22 of Mechanicsville) was arrested by Deputy Shawn Moses for Violation of Peace Order.

Sheriff's Office Deputies responded to the reported fight in progress at a Lexington Park Apartment Complex. Once on the scene Deputy James Molitor was advised of a suspect that was involved in a physical altercation who had displayed a handgun and fled. Deputies followed a trail of blood to a nearby apartment and knocked on the door several times before receiving an answer. Once the door was open Jerma Antonio Cloude (Age 18 of Lexington Park) was contacted. Deputies noted blood on the wall above the light switch and a trail of blood across the carpet. A loaded handgun was also located. The investigation revealed it had been stolen from a victim in the State of Mississippi.

Angela Marie Stewart (Age 40 of Leonardtown) was arrested for stealing nearly $13.00 worth of items from a Leonardtown Grocery Store. Deputy Ronald Maloy was the arresting Deputy.

Robin Lee Goldsmith (Age 42 of Dameron) was charged on a Criminal Summons by Corporal Edward Evans for Possession of Marijuana.

Francis Wayne Bridgett (Age 45 of Mechanicsville) was arrested after he began shooting off a shotgun. Deputies arrived and found the suspect, still armed with the shotgun hiding behind a shed. He was arrested and charged with Reckless Endangerment.

Angel Ramon Diaz-Espinal (Age 29 of Alexandria, Va.) was arrested by Deputy James Stone for Failure to Appear on a Department of Natural Resources Warrant.

April Marie Schafer (Age 42 of Mechanicsville) was charged on a Criminal Summons for passing a worthless check. Deputy William Waters was the charging Deputy.

Victoria Catherine Robin Berkshire (Age 26 of Mechanicsville) was charged with passing a worthless check. Deputy Timothy White was the arresting Deputy.

Deputy David Cowan serve a Criminal Summons on Rajendra Charles Solomon (Age 63 of California, Md.). The Summons was related to unauthorized telephone charges.

Richard Eugene Briscoe (Age 28 of Great Mills) was charged on a Criminal Summons with Assault Second Degree by Deputy Zorana Sipos.

Deputy Michael Campbell responded to the reported fight in progress on the roadside of Chancellor's Run Road. Once on the scene he observed Thomas Eugene Russell (Age 24 of Lusby) striking the victim. The Suspect was detained and found to be heavily intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with one (1) count of Assault Second Degree.

Ishmail Boyd Thomas (Age 27 of Mechanicsville) was arrested by Deputy William Watters for Violation of a Protective Order.

Lisa Marie Wynkoop (Age 42 of Broomes Island) was arrested after she forced her way into a Mechanicsville home while intoxicated. She had been removed from the home earlier in the day. Deputy James Stone charged her with Trespass and Burglary 4th Degree after the home owner arrived home to find the suspect seated on the couch.

Kenneth Allen Grumbine (Age 19 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Ronald Maloy for Failure to Appear. A Criminal Summons charging the Suspect with Assault Second Degree was also served.

David McMillan (Age 49 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy David Cowan for Failure to Appear. There were two (2) warrants one in the Circuit Court and the other in District Court.

Dale Lavar Waul (Age 28 of Lexington Park) was arrested on an open warrant for Assault Second Degree. The warrant was served by Deputy Andrew Holton.

Amy Marie Lambert (Age 31 of No Fixed Address) was arrested on several open warrant all for Failure to Appear. Deputy Patrick Handy was the arresting Deputy.

William Eckloff (Age 47 of Brandywine, Md.) was arrested for Failure to Pay Child Support by Deputy Randall Wood.

Demetrick Nathrio Maddox (Age 19 of Great Mills) was arrested by Deputy Green for Failure to Appear.

Keith Randall Nelson (Age 32 of Leonardtown) was arrested for Theft under $500.00 and Tampering with an Electrical Meter. The warrant was served by Deputy David Corcoran.

Stacey Lynn Savoy (Age 34 of Lexington Park) was charged on a Criminal Summons with passing a worthless check in the amount of $20.00. The Summons was served by Deputy Earl Young.

Jamie Rae Marie Acosta (Age 24 of Patuxent River, Md.) was charged by Deputy Timothy Reese with passing a worthless check in the amount of $20.00.

Christopher Ryan Kobilis (Age 20 of Mechanicsville) was charged by Deputy Jason Graves with Possession of Cocaine. The charges stem from a BCI Narcotics Division Search Warrant that was performed a local business. Suspect Kobilis was located inside the target establishment and in possession of cocaine and at least one unknown pill.

David Wayne Pate (Age 24 of Lexington Park) was charged on a Criminal Summons with assaulting the victim during a domestic dispute. Deputy Charles Dodson was the charging Deputy.

Christopher Wayne Lindberg (Age 29 of Mechanicsville) was charged by Deputy Timothy Butler with Assault Second Degree. Suspect Lindberg assaulted the victim during a domestic dispute.

Lois Ann Doyle (Age 41 of Mechanicsville) was arrested for Failing to Appear in the District Court for Charles County on several open warrants. The warrants were served by Deputy Elizabeth Trossbach.

David Lee Garrision (Age 50 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Robert Gill for Failing Pay Child Support in Calvert County.

David Jerome Woodland (Age 39 of Mechanicsville) was arrested for stealing vodka and steaks from a local Grocery Store. Deputy Michael Harrison was the arresting Deputy.

John Thomas Merrill (Age 46 of Prince Frederick) was arrested for Failing to Appear in the District Court for St. Mary's.

Joseph Purcell Pinkney (Age 19 of Great Mills) was arrested for Failing to Appear. Deputy Brian Connelly was the arresting Deputy.

James Trevor Higgs (Age 18 of California, Md.) was arrested by Deputy Shaun Carberry for Failure to Appear.

Charlene Gladys Kelly (Age 42 of Waldorf, Md.) was arrested for passing a worthless check. The arrest was made by Deputy Sarah Lacey.

David Allen Hammmaker (Age 38 of Lusby) was arrested by Deputy Elizabeth Trossbach for Failure to Appear.

Kia Renita Moreland (Age 41 of Washington D.C.) was arrested for Trespass and Assault Second Degree by Deputy Brian Connelly.

John Richard Kolakowski (Age 48 of California, Md.) was arrested for Driving under the Influence by Deputy Kevin Meyer. The Suspect is a repeat offender.
