MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (November 15, 2007) - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

BURGLARY: On Nov. 5, between 2:15 PM and 2:45 PM, and unknown culprit entered an unlocked residence on Mint Ct., Prince Frederick, and removed an X-box 360 with 2 controllers, cooling system, and 2 games. TFC Bowling is handling the investigation.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On Nov. 9, 9:58 PM, TFC Keen observed a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot on Williams Wharf Rd., St. Leonard. Upon approaching the operator, TFC Keen detected the odor of suspected marijuana. A search was conducted and 2 baggies of suspected marijuana and a knife were recovered from the vehicle. Arrested at that time for possession of marijuana, paraphernalia, and a concealed deadly weapon was a 17-year-old male from Port Republic. After processing, he was released to a parent.

ATTEMPTED THEFT: On Nov. 13, between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, an unknown culprit forcibly entered a vehicle on Hunting Creek Rd., Huntingtown, and attempted to steal the stereo. TPR Stern is handling the investigation.
