MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (Aug. 14, 2008) - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

THEFT: On 08/12/2008 at 1930 hours, Trooper Haut was dispatched to 210 Main St., Prince Frederick, for the report of a theft. Upon arrival, investigation revealed that sometime between 06/30/08 and 08/12/08 an unknown suspect removed the rear registration plate off of a school bus which was parked at 2408 Beaver Dam Road, Chesapeake Beach. Anyone with information is asked to contact Tpr. Haut at 410-535-1400.

THEFT: On 08/08/2008 at 2043 hours, Trooper Donaldson responded to Calvert Pines Senior Center for the report of a theft. Upon arrival, investigation revealed that an unknown suspect entered the vehicle and stole the following items: a female purse (black in color), a prescription pill bottle containing 88 Percocets, a prescription pill bottle containing 19 Methadone pills, a blank money order for $304.00 and two miscellaneous gift cards with unknown value. THEFT: On 8/6/2008 at approximately 1644 hours, TFC Greggs was dispatched to the BB&T bank located at 10264 Southern Maryland Blvd, Dunkirk, for the report of fraud. Upon arrival investigation revealed Marvin Andrew Willard, 20 of Chesapeake Beach and Brendan Gray, 18 of Chesapeake Beach, were at the banking attempting to cash a check in the amount of $255.00 from an account which had been closed. Further investigation revealed that the check had belonged to Willard's father and had been reported stolen. Willard and Gray were placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center to be seen be a District Court Commissioner.

THEFT: On 08/06/2008 at approximately 1206 hours, Trooper Lewis responded to the Prince Frederick Shell Gas Station, 400 Solomons Island Road, Prince Frederick, for the report of a theft. Upon arrival, investigation revealed that between Friday, August 1, and Tuesday, August 5, 2008, Kimberly Dee Simms, 35 of Prince Frederick and an employee of the store stole $810.00 from the store safe. Simms was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center pending a bond review.

Jenkins, Veronica Missy, age 32 of Lexington Park, arrested on 8/8/08 by TFC C. Dawson

White, Joseph Leo, age 42 of Temple Hills, arrested on 8/9/08 by TPR D. Saucerman

Hensley, Brian Lee, age 43 of Falls Church, VA arrested on 8/9/08 by CPL B. Bevard

Marshall, William Edward, age 33 of Chesapeake Beach, arrested on 8/14/08 by TFC B. Stein
