MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Sept. 2, 2008) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

BURGLARY, THEFT: On Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 6:11 pm, Tpr. M. Koock responded to the 21000 block of Eric Road in Lexington Park for the reported burglary and theft under $500.00. Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 41, of Lexington Park who advised unknown suspect(s) gained entry through the rear door of the residence. Once inside the suspect(s) stole 6 DVDs from the residence. Total value of the DVDs was $325.00. The investigation continues.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT: On Sunday, August 31, 2008 at 1:26 am, Christy Marie Lowe, 31, of Lexington Park was arrested by TFC M. Moore for 2nd degree domestic assault. TFC Moore responded to Millison Plaza for the reported disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with the male victim, 33, of Lexington Park, who advised he was assaulted by Ms. Lowe. The victim was transported by ambulance to St. Mary's Hospital for treatment where he was later released. Ms. Lowe was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was detained pending a bond review.

WARRANT ARREST: On Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at 10:20 am, Stewart Michael Treman, 23, of Charlotte Hall was arrested by Tpr. C. Evans on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-12593) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on November 26, 2006. The original charge was Possession of CDS paraphernalia. Mr. Treman was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.

WARRANT ARREST: On Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at 2:30 pm, James Zolton Adam, 19, of Leonardtown was arrested by TFC M. Moore on an outstanding Arrest Warrant (T3-13497) issued by the District Court in Leonardtown on July 12, 2008. The original charge on the warrant was 1st Degree Burglary. Mr. Adam turned himself in at the Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was detained pending a bond review.

WARRANT ARREST: On Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 3:20 pm, Clarnzett P. Weems, 27, of Lusby was arrested by Tpr. C. Evans on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13561) for Failing to Follow conditions of Probation. The original charge was Possession of CDS - Not Marijuana. Mr. Weems was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.

WARRANT ARREST: On Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 7:10 pm, Amber Renee Russell, 32, of Clements was arrested by TFC M. Koock on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13593) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Anne Arundel County on July 9, 2008. The original charge was Driving on Suspended License. Ms. Russell was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was detained pending a bond review.

WARRANT ARREST: On Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 9:02 pm, Christina Marie Dabylski, 27, of Leonardtown was arrested by TFC M. Koock on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13596) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Calvert County on August 20, 2008. The original charge was Driving Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving Without a License. Ms. Dabylski was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was detained pending a bond review.
