LEONARDTOWN, Md. (March 24, 2010)—The St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) today retracted an earlier arrest report. Somd.com

"On Friday, March 19, 2010, at approximately 1408 hours, patrol units from the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office and the Maryland State Police responded to 46850 Patuxent Rd., Lexington Park, St. Mary's County, Maryland for a reported shooting.
"The initial BCI Press Release dated March 19, 2010 reported Jeremiah Lee Logan 29 of Lexington Park, Maryland was arrested and charged with 1st Degree Assault and Reckless Endangerment. Logan was initially detained in the investigation but subsequently released without being charged. The investigation is continuing and additional charges maybe
[sic] pending upon review with the St. Mary's County States Attorney's Office."
