PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (May 5, 2010) - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
DUI, POSSESSION OF DRUGS: On April 29 at 1:30 a.m., Trooper First Class Johns responded to a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of the Walmart in Prince Frederick. The driver, Timothy L. Long, 25 of Prince Frederick, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs. A search of Long revealed a prescription bottle of Hydrocodone belonging to someone else. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
ASSAULT: On April 29 at 6:50 p.m., Trooper Esnes responded to the 400 block of Shortbow Trail in Lusby for a report of an assault with a knife. Letia N. Dennison, 30 of Lusby, was arrested for threatening the victim with a knife during an argument. She was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
PRESCRIPTION FRAUD: On April 30 at 12:30 p.m., Trooper Bender responded to the Giant Food Store in Lusby for a reported prescription fraud. Stephen M. Kinnison, 35 of Lusby, had attempted to obtain drugs with a fraudulent prescription. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
DUI, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On May 2 at 4:44 p.m., Trooper First Class Donaldson stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Rousby Hall Rd at Sharon Drive in Lusby. Timothy R. Jones, 46 of Lusby, was arrested for driving under the influence. A search revealed that he was also in possession of Marijuana. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
