Drug Arrest in Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (Aug. 5, 2010) - The Calvert Investigative Team (CIT) released the following incident and arrest report. CIT is a team of detectives from the Calvert County Sheriff's Office and the Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police.

DRUG RAID: On July 29 at 4:00 p.m., members of the C.I.T. Drug Enforcement Unit, along with members of the Special Operations Team and Warrant Unit, responded to a home on Stagecoach Trail in Lusby to serve and execute a search and seizure warrant and an arrest warrant for Daniel Lee Delahoussaye, 21, pictured above, who was suspected of selling drugs. A search of the residence revealed a significant amount of drug paraphernalia, some of which contained suspected drug residue. Delahoussaye arrived at the residence while the search and seizure warrant was being executed and was taken into custody on the arrest warrant which had been issued for felony distribution of Oxycodone, a schedule II controlled substance. Delahoussaye was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where Corrections Officers located a blue pill wrapped in plastic in his sock. The pill was identified as a 30mg oxycodone pill, a schedule II controlled substance.
