LA PLATA, Md. (Sept. 15, 2010) - The La Plata Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest report.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On September 10 at approximately 10:07 p.m., TFC W. Posey was on routine patrol on northbound Route 5, south of Pika Drive, when he observed a black Chevrolet Suburban without any illumination from the left rear light. TFC Posey stopped the vehicle; made contact with the driver, Ulysses Barno Jr., 40, of Waldorf, when he detected an odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. Barno ws arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
