St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (November 2, 2010)—The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports.

ASSAULT: On October 29, deputies responded to Ash Wood Lane in California for a report of a domestic assault. Upon arrival, deputies observed Holly Ann Kees, 36 of California, striking the victim in the arms and back. The victim was able to break free of the attack as deputies approached. Kees was arrested and charged with second degree assault.

THEFT AND THEFT SCHEME: Between October 7 and 30, Jennifer Lynn Willis, 25, of no fixed address, stole blank checks and credit cards from two different individuals who live in St. Mary's County. Willis forged and cashed the victim's checks. Willis also used a stolen credit card belonging to one of the victims. Willis was arrested and charged with two counts of theft under $100.00; four counts of theft under $1,000.00; one count of theft $1,000 to $10,000; theft scheme and forgery of private documents.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, RESISTING ARREST: On October 31, deputies responded to Tulagi Place in Lexington Park for a report of a destruction of property. Upon arrival, deputies observed Mark William Harrell, 40 of Lexington Park, beating on the passenger side door of a St. Mary's County Transit bus. Deputies attempted to speak with Harrell who was cursing and using profane language. Harrell's disorderly behavior was witnessed by other individuals who were standing along the sidewalk of Tulagi Place. Deputies told Harrell he was under arrest for disorderly contact. Harrell resisted arrest and struggle ensured. During the struggle Harrell broke a deputy's glasses. Harrell was subdued and handcuffed. Harrell was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and destruction of property.

ASSAULT: On October 31, deputies responded to a residence on Jo Marie Way in Callaway for a report of a domestic assault. Andres Miguel Blyden, 30 of Callaway, was engaged in a verbal dispute with Ravin Siohan Denise Cloude, 29 of Callaway. The verbal dispute escalated into a physical assault when Blyden punched Cloude in the face. When deputies arrived, Ms. Cloude was standing outside of the residence. Cpl. Goodwin interviewed Cloude asked her to remain outside of the residence while Blyden was being interviewed inside of the residence. Cloude refused to cooperate, pushed Cpl. Goodwin and attempted to reenter the residence. Cloude was arrested for second degree assault on Cpl. Goodwin. Blyden was arrested and charged with second degree assault for punching Cloude.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On October 31, deputies responded to the WaWa in California for crowd control. When deputies arrived they noticed Carla Rachelle Dyson, 22 of Lexington Park, inside of the store yelling at several individuals and causing a disturbance. Deputies asked Dyson stop causing a disturbance and leave the business. Dyson exited the business but then began yelling in the parking lot causing a second disturbance. Dyson's disorderly behavior was preventing deputies from disbursing the large crowd. Dyson was arrested and charge with disorderly conduct.

REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER NOTIFICATION: In a continuing effort to keep the citizens of St. Mary's County, Maryland informed, Sheriff Timothy Cameron makes the following notification. Registered Sex Offender Douglas Richard Wilson, Jr., 33, was court-ordered released from the St. Mary's County Detention Center on October 29. Mr. Wilson will be residing on Gunther Dr. Mechanicsville, Maryland. Wilson is currently unemployed.
