MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (March 15, 2011)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

POSSESSION OF HANDGUN, MARIJUANA: On 3/11/11 at 11:33 pm, Trooper First Class Evans stopped at vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Rousby Hall Road in Lusby. The driver, Charles I. Hudson, Jr., 19 of Indian Head, was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun and marijuana. The passenger, Joshua Q. Hudson, 26 of La Plata, was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They were incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 3/12/11 at 11:30 pm, Trooper First Class Lewis responded to a home in the 11800 block of Rivershore Drive in Dunkirk in reference to a building check. Upon arriving, Troopers observed the front door of the home sitting open. A check of the residence was conducted during which, drug paraphernalia was observed. After finishing the check of the residence, drug investigators received a search warrant for the residence. Drug paraphernalia and marijuana were located in the bathroom of the residence. The current resident, Tyler T. Schulze, 18, returned home and was placed under arrest. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

THEFT: On 3/13/11 at 5:10 pm, Trooper First Class Johns responded to the 1600 block of Coster Road in Lusby for a reported theft. The complainant advised that a guest who he was allowing to stay in his home stole his 1999 black Pontiac Sunfire, a computer and cash. An arrest warrant has been requested for Keith A. Bassett, 30, no fixed address.

Ernest K. WAGNER, age 41, of Prince Frederick, arrested on 03/12/11 @ 02:41 pm by TPR. K. Logsdon
