Drug Arrests in St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (June 16, 2011)—The St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) Narcotics Division today released the following incident and arrest reports. The Division is an investigative team comprised of detectives from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office, Maryland State Police Drug Enforcement Division, and Federal Drug Agents (HIDTA Group 34). The Division was established on September 1st, 2007 and is based in St. Mary’s County.

INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE MARIJUANA: Jason Andrew Junge, 22, of Hollywood, was arrested in Ocean City, Maryland on an outstanding Grand Jury indictment for Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana. He was returned to St. Mary's County and is awaiting a hearing in the Circuit Court.

OXYCODONE & MARIJUANA INDICTMENT: Detectives indicted Timothy James Ivey, 22, of Mechanicsville, for Possession of Oxycodone with the Intent to Distribute and Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute. He was originally held without bond.

ENDOCET INDICTMENT: William Brian Darago, 40, of Huntingtown, was arrested after vice narcotics detectives indicted him for Possession with the Intent to Distribute Endocet. Endocet is a prescription medication that contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone.

INDICTMENT FOR DRUG TRAFFICKING: Edward Francis Nolan, III, 51, of Piney Point, was arrested on an open indictment for drug trafficking charges. He was charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana and Possession of a Firearm in the course of trafficking drugs.

COCAINE INDICTMENT: Reginald Delante Thomas, 20, of Great Mills, was indicted by Vice Narcotics detectives for Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute. He was originally held without bond.
