MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (June 21, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, June 18 at 12:00pm, TFC E. J. Page served a Bench Warrant (T3-15514) on Michael Leroy Winnett, 26, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Without a Required License on May 23, 2012. Mr. Winnett was located in the 40000 block of Leeland Road in Mechanicsville and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, June 18 at 12:30pm, TFC E. J. Page served a Bench Warrant (T3-15544) on Harvey Leonard Stewart, 22, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on June 13, 2012 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Stewart turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

Lamont Marty Smallwood, 44, of Mechanicsville on 6/15/12 by Cpl. F. B. Logsdon

Larshemore Hykim Morton, 35, of Great Mills on 6/18/12 by TFC G. A. Thompson
