MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (December 13, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, December 10, at 3:01pm, TFC R. Jackson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15607) on Jose Miguel Alfred Santamaria, 23, of Waldorf. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol on July 20. Mr. Santamaria was located and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, December 10, at 3:15pm, Tpr. E. Perez served a Bench Warrant (T3-15772) on Adrian Eugene Johnson, 34, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Possession of Marijuana on November 19. Mr. Johnson turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, December 13, at 6:51am, TFC. M. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant (T3-15805) on Marlo Lionel Herbert, Sr., 34, of Loveville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Burglary Third Degree on December 11. Mr. Herbert was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
