MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (April 22, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, April 15, 2013, at 8:50 pm, TFC R. Jackson served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15921) and a Bench Warrant (T3-15895) on Garran Lee Oconnor, 23, of Park Hall. The warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with original charges of Malicious Destruction of Property on March 14, 2013 and Theft Less Than One Thousand on February 28, 2013. Mr. Oconnor was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at 10:45 pm, Tpr. W. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-15376) on Shadreka Kamya Barnes, 22, of Callaway. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Fraud on February 14, 2012. Ms. Barnes was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at 10:46 pm, Tpr. D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-15941) on Megan Anne Morando, 28, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Obstructing and Hindering on April 1, 2013. Ms. Morando was located at her residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at 3:34 pm, Tpr. W. Couter served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15953) on Daniel Wade Asmussen, 37, of King George. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Fugitive from Justice on April 17, 2013. Mr. Asmussen was located during a routine traffic stop and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at 11:45 pm, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15955) on Michael Issaih Harrison, 26, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on April 17, 2013. Mr. Harrison was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, April 20, 2013, at 12:24 am, Tpr. D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-15944) on Todd Conley Gray, 25, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on April 3, 2013. Mr. Gray was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, April 20, 2013, at 12:05 pm, TFC S. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-15952) on James Franklin Howell, 45, of Elkridge. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on April 12, 2013. Mr. Howell was located during a traffic stop and transported the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
