The victim fell asleep on a sofa at the residence. A friend of the victim went to check on her and discovered the suspect inappropriately touching the victim. The friend confronted the suspect who advised he was not doing anything wrong. The friend took the victim to a bedroom where she again fell asleep. The friend was later awakened when the victim was heard telling the suspect "no" repeatedly. The friend observed the suspect engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim who was incapacitated and pulled the suspect off the victim. The suspect then fled the residence.
