At 10:35 am, troopers from the Maryland State Police Prince Frederick Barrack responded to Route 4 at West Mt. Harmony Road for a reported serious motor vehicle collision. Preliminary investigation revealed a 1992 Plymouth passenger vehicle was traveling on West Mt.
