Wallace Frederick Danielson, Sr. 78 of Marbury, Md. died on January 4, 2013 at CIVISTA Medical Center in La Plata, Md.

He was born on May 10, 1934 in Washington, DC to the late William and Margaret Danielson and is also predeceased by his wife Kathleen Danielson, brother William Danielson and his sister Sandra Jansen.

Wallace was a member of the 10th District Volunteer Fire Department for 45 years. He was a Hand radio operator and enjoyed tinkering in his garage.

He is survived by his son Wallace F. Danielson, Jr. and his daughter Cynthia Devane. He is also survived by his grandchildren Ashley and Whitney.

The family will receive friend's on Tuesday, January 8th at the 10th District Volunteer Firehouse from 4 to 7pm with fireman's prayers at 7pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 9th, 11am also at the firehouse. Interment to follow in the Park Hill Cemetery, Marbury, Md.
