Linda Bates Bealle of Waldorf, Maryland, died on Monday, March 04, 2013 at Fort Washington Hospital in Fort Washington, MD. She was 73 years old. Born on December 13, 1939 in New York City, New York, she was the daughter of the late Lida Land Herbert and the late William N. Herbert.

Mrs. Bealle worked at Southern Maryland Hospital in the Social Services Department for many years before retiring as head of the Department. She was very active with her church, Calvary Gospel Church in Waldorf, MD.

She is survived by her husband Henry C. Bealle; her sons James Jenkins, Jerry Jenkins, Jeff Jenkins, and Kyle Kirby; her sister Mary Ann Keyes of Petersburg, VA; her brother William N. Herbert, Jr. of Falls Church, VA; her grandchildren Jennifer Jenkins, Brandy Jenkins and Ian Jenkins.

Visitation on Thursday, March 7, 2013 from 2PM to 4PM and from 6PM to 8PM at the Raymond Funeral Service, P.A., La Plata, MD. Funeral Service on Friday, March 8, 2013 beginning at 11AM at the Calvary Gospel Church, 11150 Berry Road, Waldorf, MD 20603. Interment will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 3PM at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD.
